An HOTV translucent chart with proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines; line sizes range from 10/63 to 10/5 (20/125 to 20/10) equivalent. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. The set includes the chart and a response key.
