LEA SYMBOLS® 15-Line Distance Chart

This test is designed for vision screening at schools and assessment of vision of children with special needs beginning at age 3.

Proportionally spaced (logMAR); line sizes range from 20/200 to 20/8 (6/60 to 6/2.4) equivalent, 0.10 to 2.50. The reverse side is black and can be used as the test surface for the Color Vision, test (260260). Has a hole for hanging the chart on the wall. Includes response key and instructions.

Measurements: 17 in x 21 in (43 cm x 53.4 cm). Folds to 17 iin x 10.5 in (43 cm x 26.7 cm).

Test distance: 10 feet/3 meters.
