Returns & Refunds:We will accept returns on all orders within 30 days of purchased date. All returned items must be returned to the Good-Lite Company in new resaleable condition. You must receive return authorization prior to returning any items. Failure to do so will delay your refund. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the items will not be refunded and Good-Lite is not responsible for lost returns. To insure your return arrives at Good-Lite, we recommend using UPS or insured U.S. Parcel Post. Order Cancellation:Any order may be cancelled prior to processing and/or shipping with no additional cost incurred. You must contact us at 847-841-1145 immediately to cancel your order. Any that has not been canceled and has been shipped will subjected to our Return & Refund Policy. Damaged Merchandise:Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim with UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damages during shipment, please save all packing materials & contact us immediately at 847-841-1145. Good-Lite cannot process a claim after the 10 day time frame for damaged claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has occurred.
